The Investigative Committee of Russia the basic version of a fire in a shopping center in Kemerovo is considered the fault of the system of fire safety. This was announced by the head of the UK Alexander Bastrykin, reports UNIAN.

Earlier, the investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against the Ukrainian prankster, Nikita Kuvikova (Eugene Volnov). He is accused of spreading false information about the number of victims on fire and he was declared internationally wanted.
According to official data, the fire in the Kemerovo SEC Winter cherry March 25, 2018, killing 64 people, including 41 children. At the same time, in the media and social networks rumors about the alleged understatement of the authorities the real number of victims at least twice.
