The fire at the Odessa camp: the contractors were searched

Prosecutors and police on Wednesday, September 20, carried out searches at the enterprises, engaged in construction and reconstruction of buildings of the Odessa children’s camp Victoria, which is 15 September 2017 there was a deadly fire. In addition, the police seized documentation from a business entity engaged in the fire protection of wooden designs and enterprises which, according to the documents, the customer alarm systems.

“Also, now the investigation is studying appropriate financial documentation about the opening and management of the accounts, movement, obtaining funding for these measures and the like”, – noted in Prosecutor’s office.

19 September 2017 the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov suspended from posts three officials of the municipality in connection with a fire in Victoria.

September 15, late in the evening in the Odessa camp Victoria had been a fire – lit wooden building of one of the buildings. Two girls were killed, the search for another missing continue.
