Chief researcher of Institute of age physiology of the Russian Academy of education, academician of RAE, doctor of biological Sciences Maryana Bezrukikh has given guidance to parents of children and adolescents at exit from isolation.

In an interview with “Russian newspaper” she described a regime of self-isolation as a chronic and toxic stress-all factors which operate for a long time, comprehensively and systematically.

According to experts, the output of the isolation will be no less complex than the regime of restrictions.

“At first glance it seems that here tomorrow to lift the quarantine, all will be allowed to walk, to run, to jump, to go to the Park or to friends. But you have to prepare the children that while a large number of constraints remain. And tomorrow they will not go out, can not make up for all the lack of physical activity,” explained Mariana bezrukih.

It is not recommended to start heavy loads, and to increase them gradually, carefully monitor the condition of the body.

However, the doctor compared the isolation and a way out of it with a kind of test for creativity, flexibility and decision-making in unusual situations.

Earlier, psychologist Lyudmila Petranovskaya in conversation with kp.ru gave guidance to parents on the situation with the regime of self-isolation.
