Lviv mayor Andriy Sadovy has admitted that in his youth he tried Smoking cannabis. However, he noted that he does not consider the legalization mariuhana in Ukraine is timely.

“Each society must have a willingness to those or other things. Here I’m not sure our society is ready for it. The debate is certainly needed. And if the discussion, we will see the various positions and come to some kind of acceptable opinion. But now clearly have a solid position — it would not be fair, it will be populism,” — said the mayor of the city.
However, he admitted that those phenomena and profession, that which always was, always is and always will be.
“Therefore, the state should build its formula. You got me thinking. It is necessary to prepare society. When it comes to educational activities, when they show all the pros and cons, then people consciously decide,” concluded the Garden.
