The Executive service arrested accounts of PrivatBank at the suit of Surkis
A lien on the Bank’s performance is not affected
The Executive service arrested accounts of PrivatBank on the claim of the family of Surkis. The Bank appealed this decision to the District administrative court of Kyiv, however, on 18 December, the court refused satisfaction of the claim. It is reported LB.ua with reference to the Unified register of court decisions.
PrivatBank in its lawsuit asked the court to recognize the illegal actions of the Executive service of making several decisions of 29 November on the imposition of arrest on property of the Bank.
PrivatBank has also asked the court to remove the arrest from the accounts in such financial institution: national Bank, Ukreximbank, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Ukrsotsbank, Citibank, Bank Pivdennyi, Bank, Marfin Bank, Commercial investment Bank, the clearing center for servicing agreements on financial markets, Asvia Bank.
The press service of PrivatBank said that the arrest of the Bank accounts had no impact on his current work, reports Finbalance.
Also, the Bank said that the funds for the benefit of Surkis and their relatives have not yet written off.
Earlier, the Kyiv appeal administrative court ordered PrivatBank to return to the family of Surkis 1.05 billion UAH, $of 266.2 thousand and €7.8 thousand
