Natalia okunskaya, the former wife of the Deputy of the “Batkivshchyna” Serhiy Vlasenko, has received political asylum in France along with four children.

“The main reason for this choice was the fact that the law of France does not depend on politics. This is a country where carefully and impartially examine the matter. All documents received by the beatings and humiliation that I went through, they all managed to understand. Eventually I received political asylum. I have the court’s decision and says that I became a victim of persecution by political power. Political party “Fatherland”, – said okunskaya.

According to her, the French authorities take very seriously the study of refugee issues. Her dossier in the framework of the proceedings exceeded 500 pages.
We will remind, Natalia okunskaya and Sergey Vlasenko divorced about eight years ago. Since then the former couple were out in the courts. Okunskaya accused ex-wife of beating and harassment, which was forced to leave Ukraine together with four of their children.
Before that Vlasenko was achieved through court cancellation of the decision on the recognition of him of parental rights and custody of other three children Okunskaya, in order not to pay child support.
In total daughter Vlasenko Okunskaya and Polina is currently a judicial decision in Ukrainian jurisdiction on her cohabitation with the father, and the decision of the French court on the residence with her mother and Vlasenko obligation to pay child support for 8 years.
