In an interview with “Russian newspaper”, he said, that treatment is appointed in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of health: upon admission to the hospital, patients assigned to antibiotic and antimalarial drugs.
“In some cases, our doctors make mind — try to choose therapy with minimal harm. For example, brought a patient who has recently undergone serious heart surgery — of course, he was not prescribed anti-malarial drugs that have serious side effects. We use high-molecular-weight heparins: are they well show themselves”, — explained the expert.
Roman S. added that the recommendations of the Ministry of health change frequently and may be found more effective treatment regimens.
