The Directors of the company accused of misappropriation of over 6 million UAH of public funds
KIEV. March 26. UNN. Director of a private firm accused of misappropriation of over 6 million UAH of the state funds allocated for purchasing medical equipment. Now it is declared suspicion. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv, reports UNN.
“Under the procedural management of Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv by the investigator of SU of GU NP in Kiev declared suspicion to the Director of “Inmed of Ukraine” on the fact of misappropriation of budgetary funds in especially large sizes”, – stated in the message.
According to the investigation, the Director of the enterprise which is a supplier of medical equipment, the implementation of interventional angiographic systems unnecessarily inflated the margin on this product. Thus he caused the state damage for the sum over 6 million hryvnias.
In addition, during the held in the premises of the companies of searches, seized the originals of financial, economic documents for purchase and sale of medical equipment.
The Director of “Inmed Ukraine” reported about suspicion under part 5 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine, presented the petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention.
As reported by UNN, in the Khmelnitsky region chief accountant of the company was suspected of misappropriation of over UAH 1.6 million.
