The court re-arrested the defendant on may 2 in Odessa

Primorsky district court of Odessa taken back into custody one of the defendants in criminal proceedings on the fact of the events of may 2 2014 Russian Evgeny Nefedov. About this in Facebook said his lawyer Valentin Rybin.

According to him, Nefedov sent in custody until 18 January 2018.

On 28 September the Prosecutor’s office filed an appeal against the acquittal of Ilyichevsky city court, which acquitted 19 defendants in the case about mass riots in Odessa on 2 may 2014.

The acquittal was handed down on September 18. The next day the two defendants in the case, Sergey Dolzhenkov and Eugene Nefedova again taken into custody.
