The court of appeal of the Odessa region has determined which court will hear the case “may 2”

ODESSA-KIEV. May 27. UNN. Black sea district court of Odessa region considered “may 2”. This decision was made by the Board of judges of Appellate court of Odessa region, reports the correspondent of UNN.

This decision was taken after Kiev district court of Odessa said that is not able to consider the case from the beginning due to the lack of judges. Note that on “may 2” are 20 accused.

Activists believe that in the proceedings problems may arise with the presence of all the participants at the meeting. This, in turn, could delay the trial indefinitely.
