KIEV. 16 Jan. UNN. Malinovsky district court of Odessa continued the trial on the indictment of the mayor and other appropriation of funds of the local budget in the amount of UAH 185 million when you purchase the buildings of the former factory “region”. It is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP).

“Today, the court investigated 8 volumes of evidence by the prosecution. The total number of the investigated materials is 23 of 66 volumes”, – stated in the message a press-services of SAP.

In particular, the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) added that the hearing will continue tomorrow.

“The next hearing is tomorrow. Malinovsky district court of Odessa decided to schedule for the next two months: in January and February, the case will be heard for as much as 18 working days” – add visit NABOO in Facebook.

In SAP recalled that “in accordance with the adopted court order, court hearings this week assigned daily 10:00”.

We will remind, the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov is one of the 8 defendants in the case of the plant “region”. According to NABU, the Odessa city Council purchased the building for 185 million USD in private structures, which, in turn, at the beginning of 2016 paid for this complex in the auction of 11.5 million.
