The economic court of Odessa region dismissed the case on the bankruptcy of PJSC “Odessa CHPP” and stop the procedure of liquidation of the company, the press service of the court.

According to the report, the court has satisfied the petition of the state property Fund and shut down the proceedings, given the fact that Odessa CHP is a business entity in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of the shares belonging to the state, as well as what the company refers to the list to be privatized.

In addition, the court lifted the moratorium on satisfaction of requirements of creditors and terminated the procedure of elimination CHP.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on 13 December 2016, the Economic court of Odessa region made the decision on the recognition of PJSC “Odessa CHPP” bankrupt.

19 September 2018 Odessa city Council agreed to take their property of the bankrupt Odessa CHPP.

In total about 300 thousand inhabitants of the city, as well as institutions, organizations, enterprises. Odessa supply heat to two enterprises, power plant and KP “Heat supply of Odessa city”.
