Svyatoshinsky district court of Kyiv began its consideration of the merits of the leader of the Organization of Ukrainian nationalists (OUN) Nikolay Kohanivsky. About it reports a press-service of the court.
Kohanivsky arrested for the shooting from an unregistered traumatic gun.
The court will first examine the written evidence gives the prosecution and defense. After that the court will interrogate the victim, witnesses and the accused.
The Prosecutor said the request for adjournment to prepare written evidence. The court adjourned the case until April 18, 2018.
21 October 2017 in Kiev near the metro station “Akademgorodok” detained Kohanivsky. He wounded the man from the traumatic weapon in the leg and back.
