ODESSA-KIEV. March 12, UNN. In the Odessa region court took custody of the investigator of the police, convicted of illegal receipt of benefits. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region.
“The court determined the amount of the security Deposit 528 thousand UAH, which is not yet added. The prosecutors also asked the court to dismiss said person from office”, – stated in the message.
We will remind, the police officer was detained during obtaining illegal benefit by the investigators of the Prosecutor’s office together with employees of management of security Service of Ukraine in the region. The investigator demanded and received 15 thousand US dollars of a bribe from the citizen for changing the legal qualification from heavy to lighter in a criminal proceeding in which such person appears as a suspect.
