The court arrested the inhabitant of Odessa, suspected of involvement in a terrorist organization

ODESSA-KIEV. 27 Dec. UNN. Court of Odessa into custody a man suspected of involvement in a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 258-3 of the criminal code of Ukraine). About it the correspondent was reported to UNN in the press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region.

“According to the investigation, 36-year-old resident of Odessa since the end of 2014 to mid-2015 participated in the fighting against the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of one of the so-called intelligence mouth infantry brigade “DNR”. Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings proceeds”, – is spoken in the message.

The prosecutors said that the participation in a terrorist group, organization, and also organizational or other assistance to its establishment shall be punished by imprisonment for the term up to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property (paragraph 1 of article 258-3 of the criminal code of Ukraine).

As reported UNN, for their participation in the ranks of the militants “DNR” ex-policeman sentenced in absentia to 10 years imprisonment.
