The military Prosecutor’s office detained the commander of the military unit А3571 in Odessa for the fact that the time did not use weapons against the unknown who have seized part of the territory of a military facility
As reported Эспрессо.TVsaid the chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios.
“The military Prosecutor of the Odessa garrison of the southern region detained the interim commander of part Lieutenant Colonel of the APU, which did not take measures related to the use of physical force, firearms and bladed weapons, as provided in the bylaws of the guard and sentry duty, which led to the seizure of land military units. The Colonel declared suspicion under part 3 of article 426 – deliberate failure to comply with a military service person special period of action, which entailed heavy consequences”, – said Matios.
According to the military Prosecutor, the young men of a sports Constitution in Balaclava actually pushed a soldier who was supposed to use against their weapons.
“The seizure was preceded by physical resistance to staff military units, carried out 40 unidentified young men of a sports Constitution in Balaclava. It is a working military base, where aviation equipment, installed a new fence. Is the opposition to guard a military unit, the humiliation of the Ukrainian soldier who improperly performed their duty”, – said Matios.
Prosecutors also detained the soldiers, declaring him a suspect in the breach patrol.
