The clashes in the City garden of Odessa injured more than 20 police officers

KIEV. 19 Nov. UNN. The clashes between police and activists in the City garden of Odessa was injured more than two dozen law enforcement officers, reports UNN citing the press service of the national police in the Odessa region.

“During the campaign citizens “our Summer theatre”, held today in the City Park, injured more than 20 police officers. For medical assistance militiamen addressed with the diagnosis: cherepno-a brain trauma, brain concussion, bruises, contusions, chemical burns of the skin and the upper respiratory tract and conjunctivitis chemical origin”, — stated in the message.

It is noted that the illegal actions of citizens during the action, was stopped by police officers, the situation was under control, so riots are not allowed.

“Among the civilian victims. Complaints about misconduct by police officers is not fixed,” — said the press service.

It is also reported that information about these events brought in eRDR, preliminary legal qualification — part 4, article 296 (hooliganism) and article 345 (threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body) the criminal code of Ukraine.

It is noted that the sanctions of these articles provide punishment in the form of corrective works for the term up to two years or arrest for up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years, or imprisonment for the term from three till seven years.
