“The elections in Ukraine are in normal mode. Systemic disorders that could affect the results of elections it is not fixed yet… There are violations that do not affect the electoral process,” he said.

According to him, the number of voters included in the voter lists at the start of voting is 29 million 568 thousand 234 people, the number of voters who vote at home – 023 692 thousand persons.

Konopelski reminded that most actively vote in Luhansk, Chernihiv, Kirovograd and Poltava regions, the least active voters in Chernivtsi, Transcarpathian and Lviv regions.

Abroad, according to him, the voting process at the moment also is in normal mode.
