The cause of the fire tram in Odessa was a short circuit

KIEV. 8 Dec. UNN. The cause of the fire at the Odessa tram, according to preliminary findings of the investigation, became short circuit of electric wiring in the distribution panel of the tram. About this UNN was reported in the police.

After closing the fires occurred and the fire spread to the ceiling of the tram.

Now there is an investigation of the incident, during which only 9 people suffered.

Criminal proceedings opened under article 367 of the criminal code – negligence.

We will remind, in the evening of 7 December in Odessa caught the tram with passengers. The passengers were suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning.
