Relatives of victims of the downed over Donbass Malaysian Boeing flight MH17 filed to the European court of human rights class actions against Russia and President Vladimir Putin.

As reported by lawyer Jerry Skinner, the number of plaintiffs has increased to 291, writes Ekho Moskvy.

“We started with a small number of citizens of Malaysia and Australia, with whom I established contact. Now we were joined by a large number of relatives of the victims, and our claim was the largest. Together with relatives we have in the lawsuit now 291 people,” he said.

It is noted that Skinner filed with the European court of human rights the claim against Russia and Putin personally of $ 330 million on behalf of relatives of those killed in the crash of flight.
