The case of the Odessa city garden: beat one of the activists

In Odessa beat the former head of the Odessa cell of the Right sector Sergey Sternenko, who is suspected of “organizing mass riots” in November last year at a rally against the construction of the Summer theater in the city garden. This he announced on his page in Facebook.

Sternenko said that he considered the attack in retaliation for his civic activism.

22-year-old activist participated in the rally against the building in the Summer theater in the city garden of Odessa and in the scuffle with the police on November 18 last year.

Then Odessa gathered at the rally “Preserving the City for posterity”. Even in the summer, the municipality gave approval for construction of shopping centre in city garden, the Summer theatre company “Soling”. A company associated with businessman Vladimir Galanternik, who has been living outside of Ukraine, but has influence on the mayor Gennady Trukhanov.

Sternenko also reported about suspicion in sale of drugs.
