The attack near the Palace of sports in Kharkov: the prosecution finished the presentation of evidence
KIEV. 20 Feb. UNN. In the Frunze district court of Kharkov, the prosecution finished to give evidence in criminal proceedings on the terrorist attack near the Palace of sports in Kharkiv, the correspondent of UNN.
So, during the prosecution finished to give evidence in court.
At the same time, the defense said the request for disqualification of the Prosecutor, explaining that the Prosecutor allegedly concealing information that is contained in the criminal proceedings. The defense also petitioned for the familiarization with the case materials. The court denied the petition.
The next meeting was scheduled for March 6 at 11:30. It is expected that the defense will present their evidence. After that the court will proceed to the debate.
As reported UNN, the court extended by 60 days the period of detention for all defendants in the case of a terrorist attack near Kharkov Palace of sport.
We will remind, the attack near the Palace of sports in Kharkiv occurred on 22 February 2015 during the procession on the occasion of the anniversary of the victory of the revolution of dignity. The explosion killed four people.
On suspicion in the attack was detained three citizens of Kharkiv: Vladimir Dvornikov, Sergei Bashlykova and Viktor Tatskogo. According to investigators, they were recruited by Russian intelligence and trained on the territory of Belgorod region. According to the investigation data, during the attack, the perpetrators were supposed to get 10 thousand dollars.
