KIEV. July 31. UNN. The appeals chamber of the Higher anti-corruption court upheld the sentence, which ex-judge of the Appeal court of Dnipropetrovsk region Zoe Sexton was found guilty of intentionally not submitting the Declaration. About this UNN reports citing the press service of the court.

“By results of consideration of appeals, the court upheld the sentence, by which a person found guilty of intentionally not submitting the Declaration of the person authorized to perform state functions or local government, for 2017 and 2018 with the appointment of punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 51 thousand UAH, with deprivation of the right to occupy the position of judge for a period of two years”, – stated in the message.

Also the court of appeal overturned the decision of the court of first instance of 27.05.2020 exemption from criminal responsibility in connection with lapse of time and closure of criminal proceedings on the cases charged with willful failure to submit the subject Declaration returns for the years 2015 and 2016 and this part is assigned to a new trial in the court of first instance.
