According to AMC, the tariff includes costs, not related to the provision of services on transportation of passengers

The Antimonopoly Committee was submitted to the Prosecutor regarding the violations when you increase fares in urban electric transport Kharkiv.

About it reports a press-service AMKU.

The decision to increase fares did not correspond to the order of formation of tariffs.

“…In costing included costs not related to the provision of services on transportation of passengers and contrary to the Order of formation of tariffs for services of urban electrical transportation (underground), approved by the Ministry of transport and communications of Ukraine”, – stated in the AMC.

Information about unreasonable increase of tariffs was sent to the Prosecutor’s office Kharkiv region.

As previously reported by the Focus:

• February 19, the District administrative court of Kharkiv has suspended the decision of local authorities about the increase of fare in public transport.

• On 20 February, the Executive Committee of the Kharkiv city Council in closed session and took a decision on increasing the price of travel in public transport.

• On 27 February, the city Council of Kharkiv supported the rise in prices for journey in public transport.
