Summons A. Klimenko the military Prosecutor’s office was published in “Governmental courier”

KIEV. March 10. UNN. Summons ex-Minister of income and fees Alexander Klimenko, the Chief military Prosecutor’s office General Prosecutor’s office published in the newspaper of Central Executive authorities “governmental courier”. The corresponding message published in the newspaper on 10 March, reports UNN.

As noted, A. Klimenko caused the second investigation Department of the investigative Department of the Main military Prosecutor Prosecutor General of Ukraine at 10:00 on March 14 “for participation in investigative and procedural actions in criminal proceedings as a suspect…”.

As reported UNN,the Chief military Prosecutor’s office of the GPU is a special pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on suspicion Klymenko A. in criminal offences under part 1 of article 255 (creating criminal organization), part 4 of article 28 (Commission of crime by group of persons, group of persons by prior conspiracy, an organized group or a criminal organization), part 5 article 191 (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position), part 4 of article 28, part 2 of article 205 (fictitious business), part 4 of article 28, part 1 St. 366 (forgery) of the criminal code of Ukraine.

We will remind, the former Minister of income and fees Alexander Klimenko suspected that in the period April 2012-September 2013, occupying the position of head of GNS (the Ministry of revenues and duties) of Ukraine in the established and headed by ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych a criminal organization, abusing official position, acting from mercenary motives, by implementing developed the criminal plan and the criminal scheme took possession of public funds totaling 166 3 090 thousand UAH, by illegal compensation of the VAT to the accounts of fictitious enterprises in especially large size, which were distributed between members of criminal organizations.
