Students and teachers of national University “Odessa law Academy” are forced to participate in the election campaign of the President of the University Sergey Kivalov who stands in people’s deputies in district # 135.

As UNIAN correspondent, about 100 activists of the party “national body” and the “National guard” of Kiev and Odessa picketed the Ministry of education and science to the Minister Lilia Hrynevych to intervene in the situation in which the students and teachers of the Odessa law Academy and forced to participate in the campaign Kivalov.

Participants of the action “Slaves Kivalov”, said that today teachers and students Yurakademiya and Odessa Humanities Lyceum, which controls Kivalov, under penalty of dismissal or expulsion are forced to actually participate in the election campaign Kivalov.

On the promotions page in Facebook noted that Kivalov, standing on the 135th majority district, “actively uses students and teachers as an administrative resource during the election campaign”.

“Employees of the University free from posts, and the youth are expelled if they do not vote for Kivalov. He recently suffered a session a month in advance – exactly during the election, the students gave him his voice. Kivalov also began to actively enroll nonresident students in its hostels, which are geographically in district 135,” said the organizers.

Also, according to the “Nazarus”, students are forced to participate in actions in support of Kivalov.

It should be noted that the protesters came to the Ministry, which gave no answer to the question of whether MES will intervene in the situation, but advised the protesters to go to court and law enforcement agencies.

The rally was also addressed by associate Professor of criminal law yurakademiya Eugene Vecerova, which stated that the leadership of the University has pressure on her, because in 2018 in the elections of the rector of the workforce it did not support the current rector of the Victor Country.

She also said that almost two months ago approached the Ministry with a letter in which he said about the pressure and falsification of documents, but still received no answer.

In comments to journalists Vecerova noted that in fact the labor collective and the students of the Odessa law Academy intimidated and should follow the instructions of the University administration.

She also stated that on the territory of the Academy in spite of the legislation acts of the electoral headquarters of the candidate Kivalov.
