The authors of the investigation note that the Swiss structure is formally under the control of the citizen of Germany Anatoly Schaefer.

“However, Schaefer is probably the nominal owner of the company. In the Swiss registers he’s listed as Director of International Trading Partners AG. Other major business successes Schaefer unknown, and she is a Swiss company oil business have not done before. Who is the reality behind the mysterious Swiss structure that can be traced with the help of open sources,” writes the author of the publication.

According to the information set forth in the decision of the Kyiv administrative court of appeal two years ago, the company has entered into several contracts for the supply of goods without importation into the customs territory of Ukraine with Kiev “the North-Eastern mining company” (SVDK).

“These operations led to the violation of the procedure of calculations in foreign currency, for which SVDK and International Trading Partners fell under the sanctions of the Ministry of economic development of Ukraine”, – says the journalist.

While physical delivery of the goods from the Swiss company to the customs territory of Ukraine was not carried out”, – reported in the publication.

According to the author, such as the withdrawal of currency from the country “MSK AGROTEKHNIKA” held with a number of other structures.

Interestingly, owners of “MSK Farming” is Vyacheslav Cherepanya, Jan Marchenko and Bohdan Kozak. Marchenko (the former head of the Lviv customs) works as an assistant of the MP from the opposition bloc Taras Kozak. Brother Taras Kozak Bogdan – is the third main founder of “MSK Farming”.
