KIEV. April 16. UNN. Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal thanked the Parliament for the draft law on local self-government in Ukraine and noted that this will help to continue the decentralization reform. He wrote about this in Telegram, reports UNN.

“The Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “About local government in Ukraine” No. 2653. Thank you to MPs, the Ministry of community development and professional associations for productive work. Joint efforts to continue the decentralization reform. The bill will allow communities to finally obtain its own administrative centers and clearly define their territory. Decentralization continues,” wrote Smigel.

Recall, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted zakonoproekt No. 2653 on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “About local government in Ukraine”.
