The Italian company Carlo Ratti Associates (CRA) and the Danish firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) have joined forces to create a new unusual skyscraper in Singapore. The building height of 280 meters will be literally filled with vegetation, even trees will be partly to act on their facades. It is reported by Popular mechanics with reference to the New Atlas.

The skyscraper is planned as a multifunctional building. On the lower floor will be located the public Park, which will be space available for sports activities, art installations and events. Through it, you can go to large, reaching a height of 19 meters open space City Room. On the lower floors are expected to be located 299 private apartments, shops and restaurants.

In addition, the four floors of the building is an indoor Park called Green Oasis. In it, in particular, will be a spiral path with views of the Singapore landscape. This Park will be a kind of buffer between the apartments downstairs in the building and a large office space above. On the roof of a skyscraper will be the garden.

Press releases CRA and BIG outlines the various technologies that may be used in the project, in particular it comes from special sensors, devices connected to the IoT and artificial intelligence, however, while details were not disclosed.
