The shutdown of the US government due to the lack of budget has broken a historic record for the duration of the shutdown, it is expected that Congress will continue to be in a state of uncertainty.

The Agency notes that 22-day government shutdown is the longest in the history of the United States. The previous record was set when President bill Clinton — then the shutdown lasted 21 days (from 16 December 1995 to 5 January 1996).
Earlier media reported that the White house began to create conditions for the introduction of state of emergency in the United States.
22 December 2018 the work of the U.S. government has been partially suspended because Democrats and Republicans failed to agree on a budget.
According to the Senator of the Democratic party Chuck Schumer, trump has threatened congressmen keep shutdown “for a long time, months or even years.”
