Serves the administration of justice in Donetsk region will judge for extortion

KIEV. March 10. UNN. For extortion and receiving a bribe in the amount of 10 thousand UAH will judge the employee of the state enforcement service in Donetsk oblast. About it UNN reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.

It is established that the Deputy chief of Selidovsky city Department of the public Executive service of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Donetsk region demanded from couples illegal benefit in the sum of 10 thousand UAH for the removal of arrest on their property, namely vehicles.

The woman reported the extortion to the police.

Under the control of the police, the Complainant called the accused and informed that they are ready to meet and pass her the required amount of illegal benefit. However, to take the money personally, the lawbreaker refused, but came to the meeting her husband, unaware of the criminal intent of his wife.

During the transfer of funds, the man was detained and the money seized.

The indictment is directed to court for consideration in essence. For extortion and obtaining illegal benefit of the accused faces up to four years behind bars.

As reported UNN, SAP sent to court the case on bribery of the former employee of the GPU.
