According to the portal Tut.by the detentions started after the closing of the CEC. The police began to warn them via loudspeakers that the CEC is open until 19:00 and asked everyone to disperse. Then people began to steal paddy. After the closure of the CEC, the protesters marched towards the main post office to send complaints by mail, but he immediately stopped work.
