The investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case after the crash in Germany that killed co-owner S7, Natalia Fileva. This is stated in the statement issued by the press service of the Ministry.

“In fact the crash of a private jet in the Federal Republic of Germany criminal case on signs of the crime under part 3 St. 263 criminal code of Russian Federation (“Infringement of safety rules of movement and operation of air transport, entailed on imprudence death of two and more persons”)”, — stated in the message.
According to the investigation, March 31 when landing at the airport Egelsbach crashed biznesdzhet Epic LT RA-2151G.
On Board were two passengers and the pilot.
“According to preliminary data, the dead were citizens of the Russian Federation — shareholder S7, Natalia Fileva, her father Valery Karachi and pilot Andriy dykun,” — said the Agency.
Earlier, the remains of those killed in the crash were taken to Frankfurt, where an autopsy will be held.
