SBU has unlocked the appointment of a pole Stanaca head of Ukrtransgaz
The signing of the contract expected this week
The security service of Ukraine gave to Paul Stancato the permits needed to work as a head of Ukrtransgaz. About it reports Interfax-Ukraine with reference to press-service NAK “Naftogaz Ukraine”.
“SBU agreed. Expect that this week will be signed the contract”, – noted in press service
We will remind, Naftogaz approved Stanaca head of Ukrtransgaz in August 2017, however, the SBU did not issued him the permits needed to start the execution of the responsibilities of the post.
In November, Naftogaz transferred Stanaca to the position of Vice-President of Ukrtransgaz.
Stanczak previously worked as a technical Director member of the management Board of PGNiG Technologie S. A. Before that, in 2003-2004, he PGNiG was responsible for the separation of the functions of transmission system operator and the establishment of an independent operator GTS Poland Gaz-System S. A. After which he worked as technical Director and member of the Board of this new company until 2008, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of investment plans and ongoing technical support of the transmission system, coordination of the processes of obtaining permits and licenses with relevant government regulators and authorities.
Ukrtransgaz, 100% owned by NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine”, operates a system of trunk pipelines and 12 underground gas storages of the country with a total capacity of 31 billion cubic meters.
