SBU at the request of Moscow arrested a refugee from Russia, hiding in Odessa from persecution by Russian authorities

Ukrainian specslujbi was arrested in the airport of Odessa the citizen of the Russian Federation Ildar Valiev, who is in the Interpol database.

The fact that Valiev – member of the party “Hizb ut-Tahrir”, recognized in Russia as a terrorist organization. In Ukraine it is not forbidden, but this did not prevent the security service to arrest the Russian. Man faces extradition to his homeland and considerable jail time.

It is worth noting that Valiev in Russia is accused of “terrorist activities” because of the fact that he is a member of the party “Hizb ut-Tahrir”. After he began insistently pressed the Russian security forces, the Russians together with his family escaped to Turkey, then to Ukraine, where he settled in Odessa.

SBU detained in Odessa airport at the end of April this year. All the while he is in jail. June 8 will be held in the court, which will decide the fate Valieva.
