KIEV. 22 Nov. UNN. During searches in the Odessa city Council, who today was conducted by the staff of the Prosecutor General and the SBU, it was discovered by officials created an artificial debt in the amount of UAH 100 million. About that today at the briefing said the Prosecutor General Ruslan riaboshapka, the correspondent of UNN.

“The criminogenic situation in the Odessa region of Ukraine is one of the worst,” said riaboshapka.

According to him, was carried out a number of measures to solve this problem in the region.

“First of all, a number of searches in the Odessa city Council and structural subdivisions of city Council and one of the utilities which is subject to the Odessa city Council. The problem was related to the fact that it was in fact created by artificial debt for which officials of the Odessa city hall has offered to pay to inhabitants of Odessa and the amount of this debt amounted to more than UAH 100 million. The debt was artificial and the companies that bought the debt, they affiliated with officials of the Odessa city hall,” said riaboshapka.

Earlier UNN reported that in the Odessa city hall held urgent investigative actions the staff of the General Prosecutor’s office and the security Service of Ukraine.
