Safarov and Negomireanu spent all three rounds and win the Russian was awarded a unanimous decision — 29:26, 29:27 and 29:26.
For the 32-year-old Russian’s first win in the UFC, before he suffered two defeats in fights under the aegis of promotion.
Earlier, Conor McGregor said he was willing to go to fight with any UFC fighter.
