Relatives of those killed in the plane crash in Sinai sued the 93 billion
Representing the plaintiffs lawyer Anatoly Kucherena called previous payments “miserable”
In Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow has received a lawsuit from 118 relatives of those killed in a plane crash over the Sinai Peninsula in 2015.
The amount of the claim exceeds 93 billion rubles, told RAPSI in a press-service of the court.
Defendants began flying the airline “Kogalymavia”, strahovatsya the lives of passengers and crew the company “Ingosstrakh”, the reinsurer Allianz leasing firm AerCap and tour operator Brisco.
The lawsuit was filed two days after the insurance company reported the completion of payments to relatives of victims: 2 million rubles for each passenger and 25 thousand rubles for burial.

We will remind, the largest disaster in the history of Russian and Soviet aviation took place on 31 October 2015: Airbus A321 airline “Kogalymavia”, which was flying from Sharm El Sheikh to St Petersburg, crashed in the Sinai, killing 217 passengers and seven crew members. According to the FSB of the Russian Federation, the accident occurred in the attack. After the disaster A321 flights of Russian aircraft in Egypt, as well as the number of tourists from the Russian Federation in Arab Republic was suspended.
