Putin called his puppets in the Donbas

Russian President Vladimir Putin talked on the phone with his puppets in the Donbas – the leaders of the militants Igor Carpenter and Alexander Zakharchenko. It is reported by the Kremlin news Agency TASS.

The report said that they discussed the proposal of the Ukrainian politician Viktor Medvedchuk about the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and the DNR/LNR.

Putin’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the terrorists “in General has supported the initiative”.

31 October, the representative of Ukraine in the humanitarian sub-group of the trilateral contact group Irina Gerashchenko saidthat the Ukrainian 152 militants holding hostages in the temporarily occupied Donbas.
