In the case of the fire at the Odessa trade unions Building on may 2, 2014 extended suspicion and the issue of election of a measure of restraint for three former heads of structural units of the interior Ministry of Ukraine in Odessa region. “The Department of special investigations of the General Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine by results of investigation of events 2 may 2014 in Odesa, February 26, 2018 it is reported about suspicion, three former heads of structural units of the interior Ministry of Ukraine in Odessa region:
– part 2 St. 364 (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences)
– part 3 of article 135 (knowingly leaving without assistance to persons in life-threatening condition)”, – stated in the message.
Currently, the issue of electing a suspect measure of restraint.
