Public procurement of the AMC reported on the number of complaints
Uncategorized December 2, 2017KIEV. 1 Dec. UNN. In November 2017, the Board considered 2.2 times more complaints than in the same period of 2016. This was announced by the Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), Yury Terentyev during a briefing on results of work of permanent administrative Board for handling complaints about violations of the legislation in public procurement in November 2017, the correspondent of UNN.
“In November, through the electronic complaint system of the AMC has received 409 complaints, 65 more than in the corresponding period last year (344). At the same time, compared with the previous month, in 2017 the number of complaints decreased from 451”, – he said.
As explained Terentyev, 409 received in November of complaints consideration was taken of 280, of which the denial had received 81 complaints, and 168 are satisfied fully or partially (customers canceled trades). For the corresponding period last year, consideration was taken of the 208 complaints, denial has received 31 complaints, and the number of fully satisfied/partly made up 91 of the complaint.

As of November 2017 were granted 69,6% versus 65.6 per cent in November 2016.
Also Chairman of the ACU added that in August this year, the Commission received a record number of complaints 573. In September, the number fell to 500, in October – to 451, in November to 421 complaints. In just 11 months of this year for consideration in the AMC received complaints 5134.
