PrivatBank led by Peter Krumhansl
The choice of the Supervisory Board of financial institutions must approve the national Bank
Wednesday, 10 January the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank appointed Peter Krumhansl to the position of Chairman of the Board and submitted documents to the national Bank for its approval.
This was reported by the Bank press service.
It is noted that as a member of the management Board on operations at Raiffeisen Bank Aval Krumhansl during the crisis of 2008 has reduced costs through restructuring of the branch network and implemented a new business model.
PrivatBank is called valuable experience Krumhansl in the position of member of the management Board on operational issues created by the government of Austria of the company on management of distressed assets Heta Asset Resolution, where he was responsible for the allocation of non-performing assets in the so-called “bad Bank”.
His last experience was associated with the China market, where he held the position of member of the management Board on operations of Home Credit, in charge of all operations of the Bank, which employed more than 85 thousand employees.
Krumhansl speaks English, German, Russian, Czech and Japanese.
