KIEV. July 24. UNN. Convict died on the evening of July 22. Employee colonies Bryansk Russia, according to investigators, was applied to it violence using non-lethal weapons. He “restricted the movement of the convicted person”, bandaged his face with a cloth, with the result that the prisoner died of asphyxiation. It is reported by UNN citing the press-service SK of the Russian Federation.
Investigative agencies of the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Bryansk region initiated a criminal case against the Deputy duty assistant chief of fku IK-6 UFSIN of Russia across the Bryansk region. He is suspected of excess of powers of office with application of violence and special means, as well as with the infliction of grave consequences (paragraph “b” part 3 article 286 of the criminal code).
According to investigators, 22.07.2018 about 20 hours and 20 minutes the employee of fku IK-6 UFSIN of Russia across the Bryansk region, using violence and using special means, limiting the movement of the convict, tied a cloth on his face, causing the latter died from asphyxia.
These circumstances of death of the victim became known, including through forensic examination.
The suspect is detained, the question on election concerning it a preventive measure in the form of detention.
At the present time are necessary investigative actions directed on clarification of all circumstances of the incident. The criminal investigation continues.
