Poroshenko: No early elections will not, we will provide it

President Petro Poroshenko instructed the heads of local administrations to use the time up to the planned elections and stressed that early elections will not. He said this in his speech at the meeting of the regional development Council, the correspondent of LIGA.net.

“In less than a year before the start of the planning cycle for the election of the President and the Verkhovna Rada. As I said nine months ago, no early elections will not. And we will provide it. This period before the forced pause in reforms and the growth risk of populism, each of us need to use to maximum effect,” he said.

The President of Ukraine signed the law on local elections 6 August 2015.
