Pornostudio has exposed law enforcement officers in Odessa

ODESSA-KIEV. May 4. UNN. Employees of the Department of postal and telecommunications GUNP in Odessa region exposed the man and his concubine who were distributing pornographic video products. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of GUNP in Odessa region.

So, 26-summer inhabitant of Odessa registered the girl on the specialized Internet-resource, after which, being at the place of residence, has installed specially designed computer equipment with a web camera connected to the Internet, thereby organizing the “job” for his concubine. With the aim of cashing out money received for “services”, the man opened the e-payment system e-wallet.

His 25-year-old girl understand that such activity on the territory of the country. However, in order to implement the plan, went to the Internet, where in “private” with the visitor, paid by the funds, committed acts that are manufacturing and distributing products of a pornographic nature in the form of visual information, which was reflected in the monitor screen and recorded on the CD-ROM.

“Given the evidence of the accomplices reported about suspicion in Commission of the offense under part 3 of article 301 (import, production, sale and distribution of pornographic items) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, — says the head of the Kiev police Department Alexander Lazarus.

Now the indictment is sent to court. Malefactors are threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from three till seven years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
