Police opened two criminal proceedings on the fact of fighting at the concert I. Bilyk in Odessa

ODESSA-KIEV. June 9. UNN. The Odessa militiamen find out all circumstances of the fight that occurred today at the restaurant on the street of Cosmonauts during a concert I. Bilyk between activists and police. This correspondent UNN reported in the press service of GUNP in Odessa region.

The concert occurred on legal grounds and among the visitors were many women with small detmi.Low activists have started to deliberately provoke police officers who provided protection of public order and the safety of visitors the concert.Activists have made bullying, pushing, throwing eggs, shouting profanity and insulted the guests of the event.

“Initiated two criminal proceedings under article 296 (hooliganism) and article 345 (Threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body) the Criminal code of Ukraine.In the future, will be given a legal assessment of the actions of all parties to the conflict”, – is spoken in the message.

The police once again calls on activists to Express their position only by legal means, not pravorulki law enforcement officers and damaging life and health of other people.
