Poacher with 35 kg of mussels caught in the Odessa region

ODESSA-KIEV. June 19. UNN. Frontier guards of Department “South” of the Odessa group found the citizen of Ukraine, who carried out an illegal catch of water live resources. About it the correspondent was reported to UNN in the press service of the Odessa border detachment.

Local resident C. New Biliary carried out illegal fishing mussels. Law enforcement seized 1300 clams, weighing 35 pounds.

“By their actions the man violated the requirements of clause 4.11, p.4.14.1 “Rules of Amateur and sports fishery”, for which he was prosecuted for h 4st.85 of the administrative code”, — stated in the message.
