Ukrainian businessman Victor Pinchuk buys the shares of the British oil and gas company Regal Petroleum, which has assets in Ukraine. On it informs the British edition Daily Mail.
According to the publication, Pinchuk was trying to buy Regal Petroleum in 2011. For complete control of Regal Petroleum Pinchuk have to agree with businessmen Vadim Novinsky and Andrey Klyamko, which owns 52% stake in the company.
Regal Petroleum was founded in 1996. It is controlled by a member of the group “Smart-holding” Vadim Novinsky’s Smart Energy and the developing fields in Poltava and Kharkiv regions.
Today, shares of Regal Petroleum listed on the AIM stock exchange at London stock exchange.
