Participant of the action near the Summer theatre in Odessa was released from jail under house arrest

ODESSA-KIEV. 5 Dec. UNN. The court of appeal of Odessa region partly granted the appeal. Ganul, who is accused of organizing mass riots. This is the correspondent of UNN.

The panel of judges cancelled the decision of seaside court on the measure of restraint in form of detention without the right to bail, but appointed a new one — hour house arrest.

Recall, Hanula and two other protesters accused of organizing mass riots near the Summer theatre in Odessa on November 18. The protesters opposed the building of the theatre and the destruction of green space.

During the protests affected more than 20 law enforcement officers.
