Parliament plans to ban advertising on lampposts

The Verkhovna Rada intends to prohibit advertising on electroself. For the draft amendments to the law on advertising concerning the use of certain landscaping elements and the contact network of the advertising industry No. 3454 voted 233 deputies, the correspondent of LIGA.net.

It is proposed to prohibit advertising on maintenance, support and other elements of the contact network as well as on poles and other equipment external lighting.

In late January, standing Commission of the Council on transport, communications and advertising took up for consideration the draft decision on approval of Concept of development of outdoor advertising in Kiev. “There is still the consideration of the draft decision by the Commission on regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, and land-use issues. But we can say that we reached the finish line,” he assured ЛІГА.net Deputy Chairman of the KCSA Oleksiy Reznikov.
